What do we expect from you in the role? As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for searching, locating, contacting, negotiating and closing new clients for all our businesses. Also, you will encourage and help our clients grow and develop in international markets with our platform. We expect you to have a good ability with basic prospecting and extension tools, easy approach with clients, open minded, adaptable to different situations and willing to learn new ways of working in order to develop your commercial potential by proposing innovative ideas, providing incentives, and working as a team in order to obtain the best results.

We offer you:

  • Base salary from $17,000.00 MXN to $18,000.00 MXN according to experience.
  • Uncapped average commissions from $20,000.00 MXN to $35,000.00 MXN.
  • Direct hiring with our company.
  • Paid training.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

It is very important for us that you meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Advanced English (communication skills).
  • Interest in technology.
  • Experience in prospecting (customer search from scratch).
  • Proficiency using Excel, Sales Navigator, and CRM.

What activities will you be responsible for?

  • Carrying out the entire sales process, which includes: lead search, locating, contacting, negotiation, consultative selling, platform onboarding, retention, and sales closing.
  • Acquiring and developing new accounts, doing cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Generating business relationships and monitor the sales strategy, ensuring that the established objectives are met.
  • Capturing leads through different platforms, social networks, and the latest market trends.
  • Managing the CRM and keep it updated with customer information and sales activities.
