We help ecommerce brands, marketplaces, and businesses streamline their shipping operations through a powerful logistics ecosystem that includes parcel shipping, fulfillment, and cargo solutions.

With a strong international footprint across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, Envia.com has built over $9M ARR in the United States market without having a single US based employee. We are now launching our first on the ground commercial leadership presence in the United States to accelerate growth and establish Envia as a dominant cross-border logistics technology partner in North America.

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head of US Business Development to lead Envia.com’s expansion across the United States. You will be the company’s first US-based hire and the face of Envia.com in the American market. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the US growth strategy, develop strategic partnerships, close high-value mid-market accounts, and help scale Envia’s logistics ecosystem across parcel, fulfillment, and freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Envia.com’s US market growth strategy and drive revenue expansion across ecommerce, 3PL, and logistics clients.

  • Manage and close mid-market and enterprise deals while expanding customer adoption across shipping, fulfillment, and freight solutions.

  • Build strategic partnerships with ecommerce platforms, carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers to accelerate market presence.

  • Represent Envia.com at major industry events and strengthen brand positioning within the North American logistics ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with US customer needs and market opportunities.

  • Recruit and develop the initial US-based team, building the foundation for scalable commercial operations.

Required Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in:

    • Ecommerce logistics

    • Shipping SaaS

    • Freight technology

    • Cross-border commerce

    • Supply chain technology

  • Proven track record of successfully closing mid-market or enterprise logistics/software deals.

  • Experience selling into ecommerce brands, 3PLs, or logistics ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of the North American shipping and logistics landscape.
