It is very important for us that you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Affairs, Marketing, Finance, or related (MBA desirable).
- Advanced English.
- 9 years of experience as a General Director.
- 3 years of experience in financial or fintech industries.
- Experience in team management and operations management.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Factorial, and CRM.
What activities will you be responsible for?
- Develop strategies for the expansion of the company, opening new locations, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives, without compromising the quality or efficiency of the service.
- Supervise the management of operational risks, ensure compliance with regulations and applicable norms in the financial sector.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers related to fintech operations, ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction are met.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as IT, support, sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that systems and technological infrastructure is effectively supporting fintech operations.
- Supervise human resources management in the operations department, including hiring, budget, and technology, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
- Ensure that internal processes are efficient, aligned with customer expectations and needs, contributing to customer success.
- Support innovation, foster a continuous improvement culture to maintain competitiveness and adapt to market changes.
- Collaborate with management in defining operational strategies to align operations with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring they contribute to the overall success of Ecart Pay.
