We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Country to lead our commercial growth strategy in an assigned market. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and help drive sustainable revenue growth.
Develop and execute the country's business development strategy.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
Partner with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
Advanced English (required).
4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, logistics, technology, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience negotiating with Director, VP, and C-Level executives.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Availability to travel.
