We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Country to lead our commercial growth strategy in an assigned market. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and help drive sustainable revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the country's business development strategy.

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.

  • Partner with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Business, or a related field.

  • Advanced English (required).

  • 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, logistics, technology, or e-commerce industries is preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience negotiating with Director, VP, and C-Level executives.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

  • Availability to travel.
