- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Interest in technology.
- Experience in market expansion in Colombia.
- Experience in forming alliances and strategic partnerships.
- Building teams from scratch.
- Experience in sales strategies and customer acquisition.
- Team management skills.
- Lead generation tools proficiency (LinkedIn, Snov.io, Apollo.io, Hunter, Google Maps Scraper).
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software.
What activities will you have to do?
- Research the market to identify growth opportunities and understand trends that could impact Colombia's market entry.
- Perform market segmentation, assess geographical areas, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and lead the global sales team, establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of development initiatives and consistently track progress.
- Seek and evaluate potential opportunities to expand the business in Colombia, through new partnerships, strategic alliances, negotiations with logistics carriers, and increasing brand recognition in the global market.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Colombia's potential customers.
- Develop short and long-term growth strategies.

Identify and generate leads that may be interested in envia.com's services.
- Create compelling proposals and persuasive presentations for partners or clients.
- Manage P&L reports, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and assess risks associated with development initiatives and other necessary reports to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, IT, finance, and customer service to ensure successful implementation of development strategies.
